Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You should receive another notification when your order has shipped.

US Domestic Shipping

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Transit times are not guaranteed and will vary based on shipping destination.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

We do not except returns or exchanges at this time. In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tinamariesking@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please email tinamarieskin@gmail.com before returning any product so that we can coordinate shipping and tracking with you. If the goods are damaged upon arrival or you receive the wrong product, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
